Activities

Strategies
A series of activities with the purpose of improving skills designated by the teacher. Strategies have a recognizable “brand name:” ABC Book, Read Aloud, Interactive Writing.

Methods
A collection of activities and strategies serving a common purpose, all arising fro the same philosophical stance: Explicit, systematic phonics instruction; sight method; sheltered instruction; SDAIE.
