My Favorite Authors	I like Cynthia Rylant because she wrote some awesome books. Did you know she wrote Henry and Mudge. She dose a lot of details in her books. She always does something unexpected. That's why she is so AWSOME and COOL.      Another one is Kate DiCamillo. She wrote a great book called Because of Winn-Dixie. I would recommend some books by Kate DiCamillo because she is a great author. Read one book and you will want more!!!      I also like William Steig. He dose a lot of magical books. For example he wrote The Magic Pebble and Gorky Rises. He does some cool tricks to make his book even better!!! That's why I think he is AWSOME!!!      Roald Dahl  is also AWESOME!!!  He wrote some cool books too!!! For example he wrote Matilda and James and the Giant Peach. When he writes his books he makes sure he put lots of details!!!
My Favorite Chapter Books	I like The Last Battle, The Silver Chair, The Horse and His Boy, The Voyage of the Dawn Treader, The Magician's Nephew, Stuart Little, Charlotte's web, The Wheel on the School, Love That Dog, Sweet Vally, and a lot more.
My Favorite Picture Books	I like Henry and Mudge and the Best Day of All and all the rest of the Henry and Mudge books.

Letter to an Author	Dear Roald Dahl,      I really love your books. I would love to meet you and I think no, I know you are really cool.
Reader's Statement	I like the book called ‘I Like it Here At School.’ It has 27 poems. It is really funny and it has cool poems about school. It has all kinds of authors in it.  It is like nonfiction and fiction because some of this stuff can never happen and some of this stuff can happen a lot.       My favorite author is Kate Di Camillo. She wrote Because Of Winn-Dixie.  She is a great author!!! She wrote all kinds of AWESOME books!!! She does good at putting detail in her stories.       My favorite place to read is in my room. I like it because it is really relaxing. I like to sit on my top bunk where no one can see me. I like sitting up there because no one really bothers me.
