A Book Review
|
Dear Readers,
Let me tell you about a great book! It is called Big Friendly Giant a.k.a. B.F.G. it is about a nice giant and all the other giant are bigger and meaner plus they eat people. B.F.G. means BIG FRIENDLY GIANT. But that is not his real name they don't say his real name.

Dear Roald, I like your books. I like Quentin Blake drawings. How did you think of your books? You should do a book about a monkey.

Reader's Statement
|
I am reading One Thousand and One Arabian Nights. It is about a girl telling stories for 1,001 days. It has famous stories like Aladin, Sinbad the Sailor, Ali Baba’s 40 Thieves. I like it a lot because I like magic and weird creatures. I read almost all books. Some I like, some I don’t. I read biographies, stories, science books, comic books and so on. I have too borrow the comic books from my brother. I usually get books from my mom, my birthday, my brother, the library, bookstores and garage sales. I usually like to read in my bed while the covers are over me (I have a booklight). If I could only read books by one author I would choose Roald Dahl. He writes stories. One of his most famous ones was Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. It is a good book. Charlie Bucket finds a golden ticket which lets him go through a tour of the Wonka candy factory. Everything is basically made of candy in the factory. Everyone else who got golden tickets gets in trouble and Charlie has to fix it.
