Hello. Welcome to the blogsite of The Dakota Writing Project! DWP is one of approximately 200 sites affiliated with the National Writing Project. Like NWP, DWP is dedicated to improving writing in classrooms everywhere but with a special focus on South Dakota and the Midwest. It is a non-profit organization led by teachers for teachers and makes its home at the University of South Dakota in Vermillion.
